Baltimore County, Maryland, Director, Alternative Sentencing Program
In addition to program management, Diedra wrote, oversaw writing of grants, developed and implemented new computer based Community Service Program. She also implemented enhancements and redirection initiatives for the Treatment and Alternatives to Street Crimes Program.

Baltimore County, Department of Health, Division Director and Senior Staff for Computer, Payroll and Printing Division and Department Resources Division
During her tenure, Diedra implemented a new payroll system, coordinated expansion of computer operations, coordinated the department’s annual plan for the State, applied for and received 501c3 status, and assisted in the development of the nonprofit arm of the Health Department, Health Initiatives.

Baltimore County Office of Family Resources, Senior Staff
Diedra provided significant support and development expertise and initiated a wide range of programs, services, activities, and events for this new County agency.

Baltimore County Department of Aging, Program Director
Supported the development of the Gateway Program, now the Senior Care Program, coordinated the Department’s role with the Meals on Wheels program, developed the Gray Area Program, developed and implemented Baltimore County’s Nursing Home Ombudsman Program.

Baltimore City Department of Social Services Social Worker/Division of Neglected and Abused Children
Investigated and provided case management in child neglect and abuse cases.

Delray Beach Historical Society, Volunteer Coordinator
Coordinated and supported the successful engagement of the Society’s 150+ volunteers.
