The senior leadership position, at this private liberal arts college, included oversight of the Office of Human Resources and the Fair Practices Office. In these roles she investigated, mediated and recommended resolution of issues and complaints, and developed a performance evaluation program which included the implementation of a 360-degree evaluation program for all supervisors and senior management. In addition, she provided oversight for all recruiting and hiring, implemented standardized hiring practices, coached supervisors/managers, was responsible for the College’s salary, benefit and contingency budgets.
